Flat Plans

This is my front cover flat plan for my magazine. I intend on having one main image a red mast head that layered underneath the top of the main image. I will have sum images and coverlines down the side of the main image, as i have seen this on other magazines and i know it looks good. i have a main coverline at the bottom with a pull quote from my interview on my double page spread, also in red, but on top of the the main image layer. i also have another cover line above the essential info to show other things in the magazine, and a banner along the bottom advertising a poster or something along those lines along the bottom.

I have put my mast head yet again at the top of the contents page, with a title saying "contents:". I have a main image underneath it which will be of the same person on the front cover, but a different image.
i will have a list of article titles and small captions underneath, along with the page number it is on. i will have a caption to the main image. underneath that, i am going to have a review of another article in the magazine, which i will not have to produce. and to the left of that, a smaller list of features that will appear in the magazine every month.

In my double page spread i am going to have a big image, across the right page and into the left page, to which i a have a pull quote title to my article. i chose to do this because i know it looks good. underneath, i will have another pull quote, but as a sub title, in a smaller font. i will have the interview underneath. my main image will have a caption in the bottom right corner, with a page number underneath that.
